Blue Label is brewed with the idea that by leaving more of the rice's outer layers intact, we can achieve a more complex flavor profile.
The rice is grown in California, and the soft water comes from the Mokelumne River at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.

Pear, young banana, pineapple, almond, mint, lemon soda and nougat aroma. Solid acidity and balancing umami on palate, with astringency-tinged finish that leaves palate calling for savory food
